The company did write me back and refunded my money for the shuttle back, but they need to be made aware that people’s lives matter and if it means switching things up to make it work, then switch it up.Via the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge (I-66 & Rte. I was just so frustrated with the lack of communication and care for the passengers and the rudeness of the one driver who said the office told him he could’t switch shuttles which the office told me they never spoke to him? So to me it was more about care for the other people the elderly getting them in a cool place and water for everyone. I spoke with the office person answering the phones and he was this young kid and said I should call in an speak tomorrow to the owner. Then I had to wait again another 20-25 mins to get home because the taxi was at the airport. I felt the whole situations were ridiculous! We got back to St George about 630pmb and I was suppose to have a taxi to take me to my home. The shuttle was so hot he hadn’t started the shuttle so the air wasn’t running and no water was offered so we were all miserable. He was a very nice man and apologized loaded us all on the shuttle then ran inside the airport to the restroom. Just as the 250 shuttles left the broken down 150pm shuttle came. The driver still refused to work with us and it was just common sense! He said he called into the office and was told he couldn’t switch the shuttles. The older people needed to get on a shuttle and get cooled off and water given to them. The 2:50pm shuttle showed up at 210 pm, but the driver refused to switch shuttles and take the 150 shuttle people!!!! It was hot and very uncomfortable waiting in the parking terrace of the airport. Had a terrible time coming back from Vegas return shuttle! Going was great and great driver! Was very very pleased with going! Coming back shuttle was a nightmare the 1:50pm shuttle broke down. ![]()
